Jonah's stories

Jonah has become quite a story-teller. His stories tend to revolve around two themes - mean guys and the potty. We have a new game that we love which involves making up little stories about the pictures on the playing pieces. Both kids tell such funny stories that we inevitably end up rolling with laughter. Jonah's stories generally go something like this, "One day, there was a boat. And it went in the water. And then the mean guy got it and he put it in the potty!" (to get the full effect, imagine that the story gets louder and louder as it goes on).

Ella's class is now learning about the Galette de Roi. Fortunately, she doesn't realize that this is actually just a continuation of "Noel" in disguise. She thinks it's all about the cake.
